We take care in preparing and packaging our oils.
Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is:
✅ Damaged on arrival
✅ Leaking or defective packaging
✅ Wrong item delivered
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We currently do not accept returns for:
✖ Opened or used products
✖ Change of mind (colour, texture, fragrance preference)
